INGREDIENTS : Bombay duck fish ( lote mach ) Crushed Garlic Chopped Green chilli Cumin powder Turmeric powder Garam masala powder Salt Gram flour ( basan ) Asafoetida (hing) Black paper powder Red chilli powder Soda water Water Refine oil HOW TO MAKE : First cut the fish in the middle and separated fish bone . then marinated the fish with half tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder, salt little bit, 5 crushed garlic and 2 to 3 chopped green chilli mix well then keep a side. Now make a batter with 3 to 4 tsp gram flour , little bit asafoetida, little bit black paper powder, little bit red chilli powder, salt to taste , half cup soda water and little bit water mix well and make a batter .
