LOTE MACHER CHOP



INGREDIENTS :
  1. Bombay duck fish ( lote  mach  )
  2. Crushed Garlic
  3.  Chopped Green chilli
  4. Cumin powder
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Garam masala powder
  7. Salt
  8. Gram flour ( basan )
  9. Asafoetida (hing)
  10. Black paper powder
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Soda water
  13. Water
  14. Refine oil

HOW  TO  MAKE :
  • First  cut the fish in the middle and separated fish bone . then marinated the fish with half tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder, salt little bit, 5 crushed garlic and 2 to 3 chopped green chilli mix well then keep a side.
  • Now make a batter with 3 to 4 tsp gram flour , little bit asafoetida, little bit black paper powder, little bit red chilli powder, salt to taste , half cup soda water and little bit water mix well and make a batter .
  • Now  heat a pan and add refine oil , then take a marinated fish and dip into the batter  and fry well both the side until the golden brown at a low flame . after that now its ready to eat with a salad .
