Sorse Chicken / Mustard Chicken curry

INGREDIENTS : Chicken 700g 2 onion Half inch ginger 7 green chilli Turmeric powder Salt Black mustard seeds White mustard seeds Cumin seeds 2 dry chilli 3 bay leaves Mustard oil HOW  TO  MAKE : First make a paste 2 onion , ½ inch ginger, 7-8 green chilli make a fine paste and keep a side. next make a another paste with ½ tsp black mustard seeds, ½ tsp white mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 chilli, little bit ginger and make a fine paste. Now heat a mustard oil in a pan then add 3 bay leaves, 2 dry red chilli, ½ tsp cumin seeds fry little bit. Then add a onion, ginger and chilli paste and fry all masalas at a low flame at least 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add a chicken and fry well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame. After 5 minutes  add 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste then again mix well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame.
