Sorse Chicken / Mustard Chicken curry



INGREDIENTS :

  1. Chicken 700g
  2. 2 onion
  3. Half inch ginger
  4. 7 green chilli
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Salt
  7. Black mustard seeds
  8. White mustard seeds
  9. Cumin seeds
  10. 2 dry chilli
  11. 3 bay leaves
  12. Mustard oil

HOW  TO  MAKE :

  • First make a paste 2 onion , ½ inch ginger, 7-8 green chilli make a fine paste and keep a side.
  • next make a another paste with ½ tsp black mustard seeds, ½ tsp white mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 chilli, little bit ginger and make a fine paste.
  • Now heat a mustard oil in a pan then add 3 bay leaves, 2 dry red chilli, ½ tsp cumin seeds fry little bit. Then add a onion, ginger and chilli paste and fry all masalas at a low flame at least 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes add a chicken and fry well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame.
  • After 5 minutes  add 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste then again mix well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame.
  • After 5 minutes now add a mustard paste and mix well then lid it at least 15-2o minutes at a low flame.
  • After 20 minutes add 2 green chilli and again lid 2 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 2 minutes now its ready to eat with a rice, roti, paratha etc.
