Sorse Chicken / Mustard Chicken curry
INGREDIENTS :
- Chicken 700g
- 2 onion
- Half inch ginger
- 7 green chilli
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Black mustard seeds
- White mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- 2 dry chilli
- 3 bay leaves
- Mustard oil
HOW TO MAKE :
- First make a paste 2 onion , ½ inch ginger, 7-8 green chilli make a fine paste and keep a side.
- next make a another paste with ½ tsp black mustard seeds, ½ tsp white mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 chilli, little bit ginger and make a fine paste.
- Now heat a mustard oil in a pan then add 3 bay leaves, 2 dry red chilli, ½ tsp cumin seeds fry little bit. Then add a onion, ginger and chilli paste and fry all masalas at a low flame at least 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes add a chicken and fry well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame.
- After 5 minutes add 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste then again mix well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame.
- After 5 minutes now add a mustard paste and mix well then lid it at least 15-2o minutes at a low flame.
- After 20 minutes add 2 green chilli and again lid 2 minutes at a low flame.
- After 2 minutes now its ready to eat with a rice, roti, paratha etc.
