LOTE MACHER CHORCHORI / HOT SPICY BOMBAY DUCK FISH IN KOLKATA STYLE

INGREDIENTS: Onion Potato Green chilli Coriander leaves Cumin seeds Turmeric powder Sugar Salt Cumin powder Red chilli powder Garam masala powder Mustard oil Water HOW   TO   MAKE: First heat a pan and add bombay buck fish and lid it 2 minutes at a low flame. Then separated the fish bone and keep a side. Now in a same pan add mustard oil then add 1 tsp cumin seeds, fry little bit then add 4 to 5 chopped onion  and big sized cut potato fry 5 minutes at a medium flame. After 5 minutes add chopped green chilli and again fry another 4 minutes at a medium flame. After 4 minutes add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp sugar mix well at least 2 minutes at a low flame. Hi! Friends today my menu is chicken nawabi . So much spices are mix together and make a aw some to taste . This is one of my favourite recipe so that’s why I am share this recipe with u. INGREDIENTS : Chicken Mustard oil Mustard seeds Dry red chilli Bay leaves Black paper Turmeric powder Salt Black paper powder Cumin powder Ginger paste Mustard paste Lemon juice Red chilli powder Garam masala Fried onion Warm water HOW   TO   MAKE : First marinated the chicken with little bit turmeric powder, salt and 3 tsp lemon juice then keep a side at least 1 hour. After 1 hour now heat a mustard oil in a pan then add half tsp mustard seeds, 4 dry red chilli, 3 bay leaves, half tsp black paper fry well then add marinated chicken and again fry well at lest 5 minutes at a high flame.
