INGREDIENTS: Onion Potato Green chilli Coriander leaves Cumin seeds Turmeric powder Sugar Salt Cumin powder Red chilli powder Garam masala powder Mustard oil Water HOW TO MAKE: First heat a pan and add bombay buck fish and lid it 2 minutes at a low flame. Then separated the fish bone and keep a side. Now in a same pan add mustard oil then add 1 tsp cumin seeds, fry little bit then add 4 to 5 chopped onion and big sized cut potato fry 5 minutes at a medium flame. After 5 minutes add chopped green chilli and again fry another 4 minutes at a medium flame. After 4 minutes add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp sugar mix well at least 2 minutes at a low flame.
