LOTE MACHER CHORCHORI / HOT SPICY BOMBAY DUCK FISH IN KOLKATA STYLE




INGREDIENTS:
  1. Onion
  2. Potato
  3. Green chilli
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. Sugar
  8. Salt
  9. Cumin powder
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Garam masala powder
  12. Mustard oil
  13. Water

HOW  TO  MAKE:
  • First heat a pan and add bombay buck fish and lid it 2 minutes at a low flame. Then separated the fish bone and keep a side.
  • Now in a same pan add mustard oil then add 1 tsp cumin seeds, fry little bit then add 4 to 5 chopped onion  and big sized cut potato fry 5 minutes at a medium flame.
  • After 5 minutes add chopped green chilli and again fry another 4 minutes at a medium flame.
  • After 4 minutes add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp sugar mix well at least 2 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 2 minutes add a bone less fish and mix well then lid it at least 5 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 5 minutes add a 1 tsp garam masala and again lid it 5 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 5 minutes add coriander leaves and mix well .now its ready to eat with a rice , roti, paratha etc.
