CHICKEN NAWABI




Hi! Friends today my menu is chicken nawabi . So much spices are mix together and make a aw some to taste . This is one of my favourite recipe so that’s why I am share this recipe with u.
INGREDIENTS :
  1. Chicken
  2. Mustard oil
  3. Mustard seeds
  4. Dry red chilli
  5. Bay leaves
  6. Black paper
  7. Turmeric powder
  8. Salt
  9. Black paper powder
  10. Cumin powder
  11. Ginger paste
  12. Mustard paste
  13. Lemon juice
  14. Red chilli powder
  15. Garam masala
  16. Fried onion
  17. Warm water

HOW  TO  MAKE :
  • First marinated the chicken with little bit turmeric powder, salt and 3 tsp lemon juice then keep a side at least 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour now heat a mustard oil in a pan then add half tsp mustard seeds, 4 dry red chilli, 3 bay leaves, half tsp black paper fry well then add marinated chicken and again fry well at lest 5 minutes at a high flame.
  • After 5 minutes add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp black paper powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chill powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, salt to taste then mix well  and cook 5 minutes at a medium flame .
  • After 5 minutes add 1 tsp ginger paste and mix well then lid it at least 25 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 25 minutes add mustard paste and warm water mix well then again lid it at least 20 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 20 minutes add fried onion and again lid it 5 minutes at a low flame . after that now its ready to serve with a fried rice, roti, paratha etc.
