MASALA FISH FRY




INGREDIENTS :

  1. Fish
  2. Mustard oil
  3. Coriander seeds
  4. Black paper
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Red dry chilli
  7. Gram flour (besan)
  8. Tanduri masala
  9. Turmeric powder
  10. Lemon juice
  11. Water
  12. Salt

HOW  TO  MAKE :
  • First heat a pan then add half tsp coriander seeds, half tsp black paper, half tsp cumin seeds , 3 to 4 red dry chilli fry well then make a powder with the help of a grinder.
  • Now in a bowl add 3 tsp gram flour, 1 tsp tanduri masala, half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp lemon juice ,salt to taste then add a fry masala powder and also add little bit water then mix well and make thick paste. In a paste now add a 4 fish slices and mix well then keep a side at lest half an hour.
  • After half an hour heat a mustard oil in a pan  then  add all fish slices  and fry well both side at a low flame.
  • After that its ready to eat with a chutney and salad.
