PYAZ KA PARATHA WITH TOMATO CHUTNEY

Friends, today i will show you how to make pyaz paratha and tomato chutney.
This dish is very popular and delicious taste. So let’s go to make it....
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING TOMATO CHUTNEY :
- Tomato
- Onion
- Green chilli
- Coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Sugar
- Mustard oil
- Mustard seeds
- Dry red chilli
HOW TO MAKE TOMATO CHUTNEY :
- First heat a oil in a pan then add 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1 dry red chilli.
- Then add onion and fry a little then add tomato and green chilli then fry 1 minutes up to tomato soft then add 1 tsp turmeric powder , salt to taste, little bit sugar not so much .
- Then lid at least 2 minutes at a low flame. Now its ready tomato chutney.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING PYAZ PARATHA :
- Maida
- Wheat flour
- Onion
- Coriander leaves
- Black salt
- Turmeric powder
- Water
- Butter or refine oil
HOW TO MAKE PYAZ PARATHA :
- First of all add 1 Cup maida, 1 cup wheat flour, chopped onion, coriander leaves, half tsp black salt, half tsp turmeric powder and finely add water and make a soft dough.
- Now make a pore and fry with butter or refined oil. Now it’s ready to serve with tomato chutney.
