PRAWN WITH CURD RECIPE
Hi! Friends, today i will show you how to
cook prawn with curd or doi chingri. It is very popular in Bengal. I think you
should try this recipe, it is very delicious. So let’s go..
INGREDIENTS :
- Big Size Prawn
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green chilli
- Curd
- Mustard oil
- Water
- Skewers
- Garam masala
- Cumin seeds
- Cumin powder
HOW TO MAKE :
- First marinate the prawn fish with little bit salt, half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well then a wooden stick pour inside the prawn and keep a side.
- 1 and a half onion, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 4 green chilli and make a fine paste. In a bowl add a fine paste, add 2 tsp curd, half tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, half tsp garam masala, salt to taste and mix well all the ingredients then add half cup water and keep a side.
- Heat a mustard oil in a pan and fry all the prawn fish then keep a side. In a same oil add half tsp cumin seeds and add a mixture then fry all spices at a low flame then cover the lid at least 6 minutes then add fried prawn fish and again lid it at least 2 minutes. Now its ready to serve with a rice.
