Sorse Chicken / Mustard Chicken curry

INGREDIENTS : Chicken 700g 2 onion Half inch ginger 7 green chilli Turmeric powder Salt Black mustard seeds White mustard seeds Cumin seeds 2 dry chilli 3 bay leaves Mustard oil HOW  TO  MAKE : First make a paste 2 onion , ½ inch ginger, 7-8 green chilli make a fine paste and keep a side. next make a another paste with ½ tsp black mustard seeds, ½ tsp white mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 chilli, little bit ginger and make a fine paste. Now heat a mustard oil in a pan then add 3 bay leaves, 2 dry red chilli, ½ tsp cumin seeds fry little bit. Then add a onion, ginger and chilli paste and fry all masalas at a low flame at least 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add a chicken and fry well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame. After 5 minutes  add 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste then again mix well at least 5 minutes at a medium flame. ROHU FISH CURRY

INGREDIENTS : Fish Potato Onion Green chilli Ginger Garlic Turmeric powder Cumin powder Sugar Salt Cumin seeds Mustard oil Water HOW  TO  MAKE : First make a paste with 2to 3 medium size onion, 7 garlic cloves, little bit ginger, 8 green chilli. Then keep a side. heat a mustard oil in a pan then fry all fish and keep a side. Now in a same oil add half tsp cumin seeds and potato slices fry potato untill the golden brown. After that add a paste and fry the masala well at least 2 minutes at a medium flame. After 2 minutes add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, little bit sugar, salt to taste mix well and fry all the masalas at least another 2 minutes at a medium flame. After 2 minutes add half cup water and again fry all the masalas well. After that add half liter water and lid it 4 minutes at a medium flame. After 4 minutes add fry fish and again lid it another 5 minutes at a low flame. Now its ready to eat with a rice.

INGREDIENTS : Chicken 500g Onion paste Ginger garlic paste Papaya paste Cumin powder Turmeric powder Salt Chicken tandoori masala Red chilli powder Bay leaves Mustard oil Fry potato Green chilli HOW   TO   MAKE : First marinated the chicken with 3 medium size onion paste, 5 tsp papaya paste, 3 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 ½ tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 ½ tsp chicken tandoor masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder mix well. Now heat a pan,  add mustard oil then and 4 bay leaves. Then add a marinated chicken and fry the masala well at least 2 minutes at a medium flame. Now lid it at least 15 minutes at a low flame. After 15 minutes add green chilli and again lid it another 10 minutes . After 10 minutes add a fry potato and mix well then again lid it 15 minutes . After that now its ready to eat with a rice , roti, paratha etc. Thank you.

Now make a batter with 3 to 4 tsp gram flour , little bit asafoetida, little bit black paper powder, little bit red chilli powder, salt to taste , half cup soda water and little bit water mix well and make a batter . INGREDIENTS : Fish Cumin seeds Dry red chilli Onion Garlic Green chilli Turmeric powder Cumin powder Salt Sugar Red chilli powder Garam masala Mustard oil Water HOW  TO  MAKE  : First marinated the fish with turmeric powder and salt , then heat a pan add mustard oil then fry fish and keep a side. In a same oil add 2 dry red chilli and cumin seeds fry little bit then add chopped onion and fry 2 minutes at a medium flame. After 2 minutes add 1 tsp crushed garlic and again fry 1 minutes . After 1 minutes add 1 tsp cum8n powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, little bit sugar and salt to taste mix well at least 1 minutes at a low flame . INGREDIENTS : Chicken Onion paste Ginger paste Garlic paste Green chilli paste Turmeric powder Salt Cumin powder Garam masala powder Mustard oil Cardamom cinnamon cloves black paper cumin seeds bay leaves water potato HOW  TO  MAKE : first marinated the chicken with 3 onion paste, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste,  salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, mustard oil then mix well and keep a side at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes heat a mustard oil in a pan then add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3 bay leaves, 3 cloves, 3 cardamom, 2 cinnamon fry little bit then add cut potato and fry well then add marinated chicken and mix well and fry at least 15 minutes at a medium flame. After 15 minutes add a garam masala powder and mix well then add a warm water and lid it at least 10 mins at low flame. After 10 mins it is ready to serve with plain boiled rice.
