ROHU FISH CURRY



INGREDIENTS :
  1. Fish
  2. Potato
  3. Onion
  4. Green chilli
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Turmeric powder
  8. Cumin powder
  9. Sugar
  10. Salt
  11. Cumin seeds
  12. Mustard oil
  13. Water

HOW  TO  MAKE :
  • First make a paste with 2to 3 medium size onion, 7 garlic cloves, little bit ginger, 8 green chilli. Then keep a side.
  • heat a mustard oil in a pan then fry all fish and keep a side.
  • Now in a same oil add half tsp cumin seeds and potato slices fry potato untill the golden brown. After that add a paste and fry the masala well at least 2 minutes at a medium flame.
  • After 2 minutes add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, little bit sugar, salt to taste mix well and fry all the masalas at least another 2 minutes at a medium flame.
  • After 2 minutes add half cup water and again fry all the masalas well. After that add half liter water and lid it 4 minutes at a medium flame.
  • After 4 minutes add fry fish and again lid it another 5 minutes at a low flame. Now its ready to eat with a rice.
