AMODI MACHER JHAL/ আমোদি মাছের ঝাঁল
Hi ! friends , today my menu is Amodi macher
jhal. I am very enjoying to make this recipe because its easy to cook and very
tasty. This is one of the famous Bengali traditional recipe. Try this recipe once and i hope so you also
like it.
Ingredients :

Fish

Mustard
oil
3.
Turmeric
powder
4.
Salt
5.
Mustard
seeds
6.
Cumin
seeds

Dry
red chilli
8.
Tomato
9.
Green
chilli
& WaterHow To Make :
·
First
marinate the fish with 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt then heat a mustard
oil in a pan and fry all the marinate fish.
·
Now
make a fine paste with 2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 6 green chilli
and keep a side.
·
In
a same oil add half tsp cumin seeds, half tsp mustard seeds and 2 red dry
chilli and fry little bit then add 4 roughly chopped tomato then fry at least 1
minutes to make a soft then add a fine paste and fry at least 2 minutes at a
low flame .

After
2 minutes add 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste and mix well then add little
bit water and again fry all ingredients at least 1 minutes.

After
1 minutes add 1 cup water and lid it at least 5 minutes at a high flame.
·
After
5 minutes add fry fish and again lid at least 3 minutes.
·
After
3 minutes now its ready to serve with plain boiled rice.
