How to make Mughlai Chicken recipe



Hi! Friends today my menu is mughlai chicken this recipe is different because there are so many spices mix together and make a really aw some taste. I am very happy to share this recipe with u.
INGREDIENTS :
  1. 1 kg chicken
  2. Curd
  3. Cashew paste
  4. Cumin powder
  5. Coriander powder
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. black paper powder
  8. salt
  9. bay leaves
  10. cardamom
  11. cloves
  12. cinnamon
  13. tanduri masala
  14. ghee
  15. nutmeg (jaifal)
  16. mace (javitri)
  17. cumin seeds
  18. onion paste
  19. green chilli
  20. mustard oil
  21. water

HOW  TO  MAKE :
  • first heat a pan then add half tsp black paper, 3 cardamom, 3 cloves, 4 cinnamon, little bit nutmeg, little bit mace fry well then make a fine powder with the help of grinder . then keep a side.
  • Take a handi now add 1 kg chicken , 150 gram curd, 3 tsp cashew paste, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 and a half tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp black paper powder, salt to taste, 4 bay leaves, 3 cardamom, 3 cloves, 3 cinnamon , 1 tsp tanduri masala, 2 tsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 onion paste mix well then keep a side at least 2 hour.
  • After 2 hour add 5 whole green chilli and mustard oil mix well then finally add half litter water and lid it at least 1 hour at a low flame.
  • After 1 hour its ready to eat with a basmati rice.
