MASALA FISH FRY
INGREDIENTS : Fish Mustard oil Coriander seeds Black paper Cumin seeds Red dry chilli Gram flour (besan) Tanduri masala Turmeric powder Lemon juice Water Salt HOW TO MAKE : First heat a pan then add half tsp coriander seeds, half tsp black paper, half tsp cumin seeds , 3 to 4 red dry chilli fry well then make a powder with the help of a grinder. Now in a bowl add 3 tsp gram flour, 1 tsp tanduri masala, half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp lemon juice ,salt to taste then add a fry masala powder and also add little bit water then mix well and make thick paste. In a paste now add a 4 fish slices and mix well then keep a side at lest half an hour. After half an hour heat a mustard oil in a pan then add all fish slices and fry well both side at a low flame. After that its ready to eat with a chutney and salad. So friends, this recipe is very easy to make and delicious to taste. Try it at home...
