HANDI CHICKEN MASALA




INGREDIENTS :
  1. Chicken
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Green chilli
  5. Cumin powder
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. Coriander powder
  8. Garam masala
  9. Salt
  10. Black paper powder
  11. Mustard oil
  12. Cinnemon
  13. Red dry chilli
  14. Cardamom
  15. Cumin seeds
  16. Black paper
  17. Potato
  18. Water

HOW TO MAKE :
  • First marinate the 1 kg chicken with 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 and a half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 1 tsp black paper powder, 4 medium size chopped onion, 8 to 9 crushed garlic cloves, 6 crushed green chilli  then mix well and keep a side.
  • Now heat a mustard oil in a handi and add half tsp cumin seeds, 2 dry red chilli, 2 cinnamon, 2 cardamom, 4 black paper  and fry all spices then add cut potato and fry well at least 3 minutes at a medium heat .
  • After 3 minutes then add a mixture and fry well continue at least 24 minutes.
  • after 4 minutes add 1 liter warm water mix well and lid it at least another 20 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 20 minutes now its ready to eat a soft and juicy chicken masala with rice.
