HANDI CHICKEN MASALA
INGREDIENTS :
- Chicken
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green chilli
- Cumin powder
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Black paper powder
- Mustard oil
- Cinnemon
- Red dry chilli
- Cardamom
- Cumin seeds
- Black paper
- Potato
- Water
HOW
TO MAKE :
- First marinate the 1 kg chicken with 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 and a half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 1 tsp black paper powder, 4 medium size chopped onion, 8 to 9 crushed garlic cloves, 6 crushed green chilli then mix well and keep a side.
- Now heat a mustard oil in a handi and add half tsp cumin seeds, 2 dry red chilli, 2 cinnamon, 2 cardamom, 4 black paper and fry all spices then add cut potato and fry well at least 3 minutes at a medium heat .
- After 3 minutes then add a mixture and fry well continue at least 24 minutes.
- after 4 minutes add 1 liter warm water mix well and lid it at least another 20 minutes at a low flame.
- After 20 minutes now its ready to eat a soft and juicy chicken masala with rice.
