MAKING OF MUSHROOM MASALA CURRY


Hi ! friends , Today i will show you how to make mushroom masala curry.
Mushroom  is a fungus, which grows in the dark and creates more mushrooms by releasing spores. Mushrooms are found all over the world and have been a very  honored  food in many cultures. Ancient Egyptians considered mushrooms to be food for the royals. The French adored the fungus and began harvesting them in caves during the seventeenth century.
Clean mushrooms only when you are ready to use them. Remove any bits of the debris on the surface, rinse with cold running water or gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, paper towel, or soft brush.
Today i will show you how to make mushroom masala curry.

INGREDIENTS :
  1. Mushroom
  2. Onion
  3. Black paper powder
  4. Salt
  5. Mustard oil
  6. Ginger
  7. Garlic
  8. Green chilli
  9. Turmeric powder
  10. Cumin powder
  11. Garam masala
  12. Cumin seeds
  13. Water
  14. Corn flour

HOW TO MAKE :
  • First cut the mushroom half a piece and also cut onion in to 4 piece then marinate with 3 tsp corn flour, little bit salt, half tsp black paper powder and mix well then keep a side.
  • Heat a mustard oil in a pan and fry all marinate mushroom and onion and keep a side.
  • In a same oil add half tsp cumin seeds and add 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp onion paste, 1 tsp green chilli paste and fry well at least 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes add 1 tsp cumin powder, half tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste then fry well at least 1 minutes.
  • After 1 minutes add some water and again fry all the masala well. Then again add half cup water and lid at least 5 to 6 minutes at a low flame.
  • After 6 minutes add fried mushroom and onion and again lid at least 2 minutes. Then its ready to serve.
