Hi! Friends today my menu is very simple and i am use less of masala in this recipe but it is a very tasty and easy to make at a minimum time. So that’s why I am share   this with you. INGREDIENTS : Fish Green chilli Black cumin seeds Onion Turmeric powder Salt Mustard oil Onion paste Cumin powder Sugar Water Coriander leaves HOW   TO   MAKE : First heat a mustard oil in a pan and fry all fish marinate with little bit salt and turmeric powder fry well then keep a side. In a same oil add half tsp black cumin seed and 5 green chilli fry 30 seconds then add 2 chopped onion fry well at least 2 minutes at a medium flame. Hi ! friends , Today i will show you how to make mushroom masala curry. Mushroom  is a fungus, which grows in the dark and creates more mushrooms by releasing spores. Mushrooms are found all over the world and have been a very  honored  food in many cultures. Ancient Egyptians considered mushrooms to be food for the royals. The French adored the fungus and began harvesting them in caves during the seventeenth century. Clean mushrooms only when you are ready to use them. Remove any bits of the debris on the surface, rinse with cold running water or gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, paper towel, or soft brush. The dish has its roots in  Punjabi cuisine . It was developed by an Indian, Kundan Lal Gujral, a  Punjabi Hindu  restaurateur, who was the founder of  Moti Mahal Delux restaurant in  Delhi ,  India . The dish was created by Gujral at his restaurant in Delhi in the 1950s. INGREDIENTS 500 gram chicken 100 gram curd Salt Cumin powder Garam masala Butter Cumin seeds 2 dry chilly Garlic Ginger Onion Tomato Green chilli Turmeric Water Oil Kasoori methi HOW TO MAKE First marinate the chicken with curd, salt 1 tsp, cumin powder 1 tsp, garam masala half tsp and keep a side at least half an hour. Hi! Friends, today I will show you how to make Katla macher kalia. It’s a most common dish in Bengal and of course very delicious and tasty recipe. You can try it at home and I am sure you love it. Ingredients : Fish Turmeric powder Salt Lemon juice Onion Ginger Garlic Tomatoes Green chili Coriander leaves Cumin powder Cumin seeds Water Mustard oil How to make : At first marinate fish with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice. Now heat mustard oil in a pan and  fry both side of fish  in golden brown and keep aside. Next make a fine paste of  1 onion, 6 garlic cloves, ½ inch ginger, 1 tomato, 6 green chili and keep aside. In same oil add 1 tsp cumin seeds and fry little, then add fine paste and fry well at least 3 mins. Then add little water and again fry all the spices at least 3 mins. After 3 mins add ½  cup water and lid it at least 6-7 mins  at a low flame. After 7 mins open the lid and again fry all spices at a high flame....

INGREDIENTS : Fish Mustard oil Coriander seeds Black paper Cumin seeds Red dry chilli Gram flour (besan) Tanduri masala Turmeric powder Lemon juice Water Salt HOW   TO   MAKE : First heat a pan then add half tsp coriander seeds, half tsp black paper, half tsp cumin seeds , 3 to 4 red dry chilli fry well then make a powder with the help of a grinder. Now in a bowl add 3 tsp gram flour, 1 tsp tanduri masala, half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp lemon juice ,salt to taste then add a fry masala powder and also add little bit water then mix well and make thick paste. In a paste now add a 4 fish slices and mix well then keep a side at lest half an hour. After half an hour heat a mustard oil in a pan  then  add all fish slices  and fry well both side at a low flame. After that its ready to eat with a chutney and salad. Hi ! friends, today i am going to make Katla macher jhal , another favourite dish of mine. INGREDIENTS : Fish Curd Onion Ginger Garlic Green chilli Cumin seeds Dry red chilli Cardamom Cinnamon Cloves Bay leaves Cumin powder Turmeric powder Salt Red chilli powder Poppy seeds Mustard oil Water HOW TO MAKE : First marinate the 1 kg fish with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice then keep a side. Next make a paste with 10 cloves garlic, 2 onion, 7 green chilli, 1 inch ginger and make a paste and keep a side. In a bowl add 200 gram curd, 1 and a half tsp cumin powder, 1 and a half tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, poppy seed paste and mix them well then add a paste and mix them and keep a side. Hi! Friends today my menu is something new taste chilli chicken . it’s aw some to taste and very easy and quick recipe. I am really like this recipe so that’s why I share this recipe with u. INGREDIENTS : Chicken 500 gram Corn flour Egg Plain flour (maida) Garlic paste Salt Chilli sauce Schezwan chutney Soya sauce Refine oil Onion Capsicum Ginger paste Tomato sauce vinegar water HOW  TO  MAKE : first marinate  a chicken with 4 tsp corn flour, 2 tsp plain flour, 1 egg, half tsp ginger paste, half tsp garlic paste, little bit salt, 1 and a half tsp chilli sauce, 1 and a half tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp schezwan chutney then mix well and keep a side at least 1 hour.
