Shankar macher jhal is very popular dish in Bengal. Very delicious dish, I request you to try this dish once in a life. let’s go to make it.. Ingredients: Shankar mach Turmeric powder Salt Lemon Juice Cumin Powder Garam Masala Powder. Cumin Seeds Bay leaves 2 dry red chili Onion Tomato Green chili Mustard oil How to make : At first   marinate the fish with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the fish well and keep aside. Take   a small bowl and add one tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste and add 6-7 tsp water and mix well and make this mixture. In the same oil add 2 bay leaves, 2 dry red chili and cumin seed, fry well then add 1 and half chopped onion and fry well until they turned into golden brown. Then add tomato and fry again well until they soft, then add the spice mixture and fry well. Then add half cup of water and lid it at least 6 min at a low flame. After 6 min...

BENGALI FAMOUS SWEET DISH CHANAR PAYES

Ingredients Milk 2 Lemon juice 6 Cashew Pinch of salt 4 tsp sugar 1 cup water HOW TO MAKE In a pot heat milk at a low flame then add lemon juice to make a chana. Then drain a water and add 1 cup of water and also drain this water. Rest this chana atleast 2 minutes. After 2 minutes in a same bowl put chana and mash it well with your hand to make it smooth ball and keep a side. In a another hand a boil milk in a pan and reduce it till it turns off white . cook at least 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add chana balls and boil 2 minutes. Then add sugar, pinch of salt, and crushed cashew and cook it for another 15 minutes at a low flame. After 15 minutes the milk came to a thick and creamy   consistency. Then turn off the gas and keep a side to cool. Now it is ready to serve. So friends, this recipe is very easy to make and delicious to taste. Try it at home and comment. INGREDIENTS : Chicken Onion Garlic Green chilli Cumin powder Turmeric powder Coriander powder Garam masala Salt Black paper powder Mustard oil Cinnemon Red dry chilli Cardamom Cumin seeds Black paper Potato Water HOW TO MAKE : First marinate the 1 kg chicken with 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 and a half tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 1 tsp black paper powder, 4 medium size chopped onion, 8 to 9 crushed garlic cloves, 6 crushed green chilli  then mix well and keep a side. Now heat a mustard oil in a handi and add half tsp cumin seeds, 2 dry red chilli, 2 cinnamon, 2 cardamom, 4 black paper  and fry all spices then add cut potato and fry well at least 3 minutes at a medium heat . After 3 minutes then add a mixture and fry well continue at least 24 minutes. after 4 minutes add 1 liter warm water mix well and lid it at least another 20 minutes at a low flame. Aft...

Today i will show you how to make Patishapta Pitha.Pitha is a type of rice  cake  from the eastern regions of the  Indian subcontinent ; common in  Bangladesh  and  India . Pithas are primarily made from a  batter  of rice flour or wheat flour, which is shaped and optionally filled with sweet or savory ingredients. This is one of my favourite dish chicken bhapa . First time I made this recipe and every one in my family loved it. So that’s why i think why not share this recipe for every one. INGREDIENTS : Chicken Ginger Garlic Onion Green chilli Tomato Curd Cumin powder Turmeric powder Salt Cumin seeds Bay leaves Cinnamon cardamom Dry chilli Red chilli powder Mustard oil HOW TO MAKE : First of all marinate the 1 kg chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chilli powder mixed  well . Gajar Er Halua in bengali style Hi ! friends, today my special dish is Gajar er halua. It is a carrot-based sweet dessert pudding from the Indian subcontinent. It is a light nutritious dessert with less fat (a minimum of 10.03% and an average of 12.19%) than many other typical South Asian desserts. So let’s go for it..
